1. General By accessing or purchasing from sahraraward.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. This site is operated by Sahra Raward Artist, based in New South Wales, Australia.

2. Products We sell original artworks, giclée prints, greeting cards, bookmarks, hand-painted décor, and workshop experiences. Product descriptions, dimensions, and colours are as accurate as possible; slight variations in colour may occur due to screen calibration and the handmade nature of original works.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

4. Original Artworks Original artworks are one-of-a-kind. Once sold, they are no longer available. Certificates of authenticity may be included where specified in the listing.

5. Prints & Reproductions Giclée prints are produced to order. Colours are matched as closely as possible to the original artwork, but minor variations are inherent to the printing process.

6. Digital Products Digital downloads and course content are delivered electronically. Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

7. Workshops & Experiences Workshop bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 2 days before the event may receive a credit or refund at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops; participants will be notified and offered a full refund or alternative date.

8. Returns & Refunds We want you to love your purchase. For physical products, please contact us within 10 days of delivery if there is an issue. We do not accept returns for change of mind on original artworks. Damaged or incorrect items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Shipping We ship within Australia and internationally. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside our control.

10. Intellectual Property All artwork, images, and content on this site remain the intellectual property of Sahra Raward. Purchase of a physical or digital product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use images commercially without written permission.

11. Privacy Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.

13. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
