Shipping policy

1. Processing Times All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Northern NSW, Australia. Please allow:

  • Original artworks & hand-painted décor: [X] business days (due to careful packaging)
  • Giclée prints & cards/bookmarks: [X] business days
  • Made-to-order prints: [X] business days after production

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide via [Australia Post / courier]. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard: 5 to 7 business days
  • Express: 1 to 2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size and weight.

3. International Shipping We ship to selected countries internationally. International delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at 12 to 15 business after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

4. Tracking Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking to update after you receive your notification.

5. Artwork Packaging Original artworks and prints are packaged with great care — flat-packed with protective board, or rolled in archival tubes where appropriate — to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

6. Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.

7. Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue. For lost parcels, please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us, as delays can occur.

8. Local Pickup Local pickup may be available by arrangement. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
