Cancellation Policy

Workshops & In-Person Experiences Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled workshop date for a full store credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to another person with prior notice.

In the unlikely event that Sahra Raward Artist needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop, all registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date.

Subscription Products If you have an active subscription, you may cancel at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription settings, or by contacting us directly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access to any subscription benefits until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

Digital Products & Downloads Due to the nature of digital goods, purchases of downloadable files or digital content are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
