  • I love your work, do you do commissions?

    Yes, I would love to create a piece for you, and I would be honoured to have my artwork adorning your home. Have a look at my commissions page HERE for all the info.

    You should definitely sign up to my mailing list and follow me via my socials so you can be more familiar with my style. This will help when you see a piece that is a colour, a shape or feel that you love we can work together to bring all of this together to achieve your perfect artwork.

  • Do you licence your artwork?

    Absolutely. I love to find companies that create products that align with my brand values and help them choose an artwork to make their special product sing.

  • What do you make as a creator?

    Oh my, you need to check out my ETSY shop. I make exquisite thongs for all occasions, macrame, wedding decorations and out of this world bridal bouquets!!!

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for deliveries. Couriers and Australia Post are under increasing pressure at the moment as demand is high. We can express ship to you if necessary for an additional fee. Please request a quote for express shipping here.

  • Shipping ~ Where do you ship to?

    Worldwide, but please for international clients message me first so we can arrange the best option for your country.

    When shipping internationally, I prefer to ship canvas artworks rolled in a tube and smaller artworks and artworks on paper will be shipped in a flat sturdy mailing envelope, or small box.

    How much does shipping cost? 

    Australia

    Small artworks (up to 30cm long) and artworks on paper, A3 and A4 are shipped with Aust Post and is from $8.95

    All larger canvas artworks are usually shipped with a courier and is FREE

    You are also welcome to collect your artwork from my studio in Fingal Heads and I can also offer free delivery around Northern NSW and the Gold Coast.

Additional shipping fees will apply to international orders. Request a quote before finalising your order. 

    Please keep in mind: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are your responsibility so please keep this in mind. In accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.

  • WillI get my order in time for Christmas?

    PRINT ORDERS DEADLINE If you would like to receive your prints in time for Christmas especially if you need them framed please have your orders in by Dec 1st

  • Returns & Exchanges

    For any items we are happy to accept a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The item must not be damaged and returned in brand new condition.

    We do not accept returns for items that were purchased as part of a sale.

    We do our best to represent the colours correctly for artworks and products, but colours you see on your computer screen or device may vary slightly from the actual artwork or product.

  • Faulty or damaged items

    If your package arrives damaged in transit please don’t worry, all our freight is insured.

    Here’s what to do:

    Take photos of:

    The external box.
The shipping label on the box.
The damage to the artwork/frame or fault in the print.

    Please send all photos to me via email within 14 days so we can resolve the dilemma as quickly as possible so we’re all happy again.

  • Pricing and payments

    All orders are processed in Australian Dollars and include a Goods and Services Tax (GST). We accept the following payment methods - Visa, MasterCard &  PayPal, direct debit is also an option. Please read our full Terms and Conditions and Return Policy located on this page for further information.

  • Can I get a gift voucher?

    YES, please send me a message and I will paint you a lovely card to accompany you voucher.

    You are responsible for the use and safety of your gift voucher. Lost or stolen vouchers are a drama we don’t need, they also can’t be refunded so please treat them like cash. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged or cancelled. Items that are purchased solely, or in part with a gift voucher may be exchanged or returned subject to the exchange and returns policy.

  • Can't decide on a frame, let me help.

    I have actually owned my own picture framing company so yes I can give you lots of help with what will work best with the artwork and your decor.
